This weekend I challenge you to get moving! As actors we need to be in shape in order to look, feel and perform well. Now is the time to set a routine for ourselves and build healthy habits. I dare you to put in at least 1 hour of physical activity on Saturday and Sunday! I guarantee you will feel refreshed and focused after your workout.
Not sure how to get moving. Here are some of my favorite workouts.
Hiking – it’s outside, social and a challenge. Give it a try!
Swimming – It’s still summer out west. Jump in the pool and swim some laps!
Dancing – Turn on some Beyoncé and feel the grove!
Kickboxing – Get out some aggression while toning those buns!
